Questions, corrections, or something worth covering? Email [email protected] and you will get a reply from a human. There’s no contact form to wrestle with and no ticketing system — just an inbox.
What to get in touch about
- A correction. A number, rule or detail that has changed or doesn’t look right. These get fixed quickly, and they’re always appreciated.
- A question about something covered on the site, like the Cycle to Work scheme or choosing the right bike.
- A topic suggestion — something about everyday UK cycling you wish had a clear, no-nonsense guide.
Before you email about the Cycle to Work scheme
Eligibility, the maximum you can spend and the exact savings all depend on your employer and the provider they use. The Cycle to Work scheme guide and its calculator answer most of the common questions. Happy to explain how the scheme works — but I can’t give personal tax or financial advice, or approve an application, as that has to go through your employer’s chosen provider.
How your message is handled
Your email is used only to reply to you. It isn’t added to any mailing list or shared with anyone else. The privacy policy has the full detail. I’d Rather Cycle is independent and not affiliated with any Cycle to Work provider.
